The Plover Class Canal Boats
The following canal boats are part of the Plover Class.
- Piping Plover 2
The Plover is a 58ft long, 5 berth semi-traditional stern narrowboat. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.

Radio/CD player; colour TV/DVD player.
As this is a 5 berth boat, there is a choice of a double berth or two singles in the rear cabin and fixed double in the centre cabin, all of which have interior sprung mattresses. An optional dinette/single is available in the saloon. Wider beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. Cafetiere
The bathroom comes complete with a wash hand basin, electronically operated flush toilet, and a hip bath/shower. Bi-fold shower doors. A 240v shaver socket is also available. Large mirror. Extractor fan.
Freshly laundered bedding is supplied for each crew member, as per your requirements. Additional bedding is available upon request. Towels are also supplied - one medium sized towel per crew member, and one hand towel per bathroom. TV in bedroom
